7 months pregnant back pain

7 months pregnant back pain

After seven months of pregnancy, you will feel a lot of pain in your waist. At this time, you may not be able to live and walk normally. Therefore, when the condition worsens, you should try to stay in bed and rest as much as possible. This will improve the condition. Many pregnant women will experience this pregnancy reaction, especially in the late pregnancy.

1. Kidney deficiency and sperm deficiency

In mild cases, the patient will experience persistent pain and discomfort in the waist, which will be aggravated by exertion and relieved after rest. In severe cases, there are also symptoms such as soreness and pain, weakness in the waist and knees, sore limbs and cold knees, and heel pain. The tongue coating is thin and the pulse is deep and fine.

2. Kidney Yin Deficiency

Sore waist and weak knees, dizziness, tinnitus and deafness, night sweats and spermatorrhea, red tongue with little coating, and thin and rapid pulse.

3. Kidney Yang deficiency

Sore and weak waist, edema of lower limbs, chills and cold limbs, fatigue, impotence and premature ejaculation. The tongue is pale and the pulse is deep and fine.

Such as local injuries, bleeding, edema, adhesions and muscle spasms caused by contusions and sprains.

2. Spinal cord and spinal nerve diseases

Such as low back pain caused by spinal cord tumors, myelitis, etc.

3. Diseases of internal organs

For example, infection or tumor of the uterus and its appendages can cause pain in the lumbar region, and such patients often have corresponding gynecological symptoms at the same time.

4. Mental factors

For example, patients with hysteria may also complain of low back pain as their main complaint, but without objective physical signs, or objective examinations and subjective descriptions of the disease cannot be explained by knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and pathology. This low back pain is often a manifestation of hysteria. 5. Kidney diseases such as infection.

3. Degenerative changes In recent years, low back pain caused by degenerative changes in the thoracic and lumbar spine has been on the rise. Once the human body stops developing, degenerative changes will follow. It is generally believed that people begin to degenerate between the ages of 20 and 25. Including degeneration of the annulus fibrosus and nucleus pulposus tissue. If there is excessive activity and the patient is often in a weight-bearing state, the nucleus pulposus may easily prolapse, and the anterior and posterior longitudinal ligaments and small joints may loosen and shift along with the vertebral body, causing subligamentous periosteal bleeding, microhematoma organization, and ossification to form bone spurs. Nucleus pulposus herniation and bone spurs can compress or irritate nerves and cause pain.

4. Congenital diseases are most common in the lumbosacral region and are a common cause of lower back pain. Common ones include occult spina bifida, lumbar sacralization or sacral lumbarization, floating spinous processes, developmental spinal stenosis and vertebral deformity. These disorders are often asymptomatic in young people. However, the weak links formed by the above bone structures provide the basis for low back pain when cumulative injuries occur.
