The main reason for lower back pain during menstruation, besides mental stress, fatigue, improper diet, etc., is the position of the female uterus in the pelvic cavity.

Generally speaking, the position of the uterus can be divided into anterior, median and posterior. A posterior uterus is one that is tilted and flexed backward, like a teapot that is tipped backwards. As the outlet for menstrual blood, the cervix is ​​like the spout of a pot. In this case, it is difficult for the menstrual blood in the uterine cavity to be discharged smoothly from the "bottom of the pot". It can only be forced out by strengthening the contraction of the uterus and compressing the uterine cavity. It is precisely because of the spasmodic contraction of the uterus that low back pain occurs.

During this special period, if you beat yourself hard at will, it will not only have no effect, but will instead lead to increased pelvic congestion, faster blood flow, increased menstrual volume, prolonged menstruation, and more severe back pain. At the same time, women's resistance will also be reduced at this time. Inappropriate external force is not conducive to the repair and healing of the wound after endometrial exfoliation, and it is more likely to cause infection and acute and chronic gynecological diseases.

1. Use your hands to rub your waist from top to bottom. Do not use too much force, just rub gently. Never hit your back with your hands. During this special period, girls are already weak, and hitting hard will not only have no effect, but will lead to increased pelvic congestion, faster blood flow, increased menstrual volume, prolonged menstruation, and more severe back pain.
