How to check the basal follicles

How to check the basal follicles

Couples who are preparing for pregnancy are very concerned about the health of follicles, because whether the follicles and eggs are healthy determines whether the pregnancy effect required by the body can be achieved. If the development of the follicles is abnormal, it is likely to cause a lot of trouble. What to do if the follicles do not develop well? This issue has also become a matter of concern to everyone. It is worth noting how to check the basic follicles.

basal follicle stimulating hormone basal follicle stimulating hormone

Also called also called background background follicle stimulating hormone.

0-3 days after the start of the menstrual cycle, during the initial stage of follicle growth, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) in the follicle.

Granulosa cells have not yet begun to secrete estrogen in large quantities, and the feedback regulation of the pituitary gland and ovaries is in the initial stage. The follicle-stimulating hormone concentration measured at this stage becomes the basal follicle-stimulating hormone level.

The basal follicle-stimulating hormone level directly reflects the secretory function of the ovaries and is an important indicator for clinical evaluation of ovarian function. Excessive basal follicle-stimulating hormone levels reflect poor ovarian secretory function.

After the onset of puberty, basal follicle-stimulating hormone levels gradually increase with age.

If the follicles are underdeveloped, forcibly using ovulation-inducing drugs in a short period of time to force ovulation will cause the eggs to be released, but they will be immature and therefore cannot lead to normal conception. Even if the sperm and egg combine, miscarriage, stillbirth, etc. are likely to occur.

For those with poor follicular development, ovulation-inducing drugs can generally be used, and chorionic gonadotropin can also be used. If combined with Chinese medicine, the effect is more ideal. Generally speaking, the infertility treatment effect of biphasic body temperature is better than that of monophasic body temperature. On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment, patients with small follicle ovulation cycle and small follicle luteinization cycle can use ovulation-promoting capsules (the main drugs are cooked rehmannia, xianlingpi, wolfberry, glossy privet, cornus fruit, antler frost, angelica, roasted astragalus, etc.) on the fifth day of the menstrual cycle, while patients with unruptured follicle luteinization cycle should take kidney-tonifying, essence-replenishing, blood-stasis-removing and collateral-draining products before ovulation, which has a better effect.

What to eat when follicle development is not good

1. Cereal food: If a woman does not ovulate, the sperm will not be able to fertilize the baby, making it difficult to get pregnant. Therefore, ovulation is crucial for conceiving the next generation. At the same time, the lack of ovulation can also lead to female physiological dysfunction, resulting in menstrual disorders and other conditions. Therefore, women who do not ovulate should eat more cereal foods in their daily lives. These foods contain a large amount of phytoestrogens, which can promote female ovulation.

2. In addition to cereal foods, foods like beans, fennel, sunflower seeds, onions, etc. are also rich in estrogen. Therefore, female friends who often have anovulation should eat more of these foods.

3. Bean foods: Female friends should eat more foods containing plant estrogens in their daily lives, because many times women do not ovulate because of low estrogen levels in the body. There are many foods in our lives that contain phytoestrogens, such as black beans, black bean milk, black bean soup, etc.

4. Black beans have a good effect in promoting follicle development and can also supplement estrogen. You should eat more black beans before and after menstruation to stimulate the secretion of estrogen.
