Generally, cervical resection is required for the affected area, and further tissue puncture biopsy analysis is required to determine whether there is a possibility of cervical cancer or precancerous lesions.

What causes cervicitis?

1. Mechanical injury and irritation. If cervical laceration occurs during miscarriage or delivery, it is easy to cause secondary infection and acute cervicitis. If sex is too frequent, it can cause cervical infection and cervicitis.

2. The stimulation of physical and chemical factors. If the patient uses high-concentration acidic or alkaline solutions to wash the vagina, or puts some corrosive drugs into the vagina, it will cause damage to the tissues of the vagina and cervix, which may cause cervicitis or vaginitis.

3. If there is a foreign object in the vagina, such as cotton wool, gauze or other foreign objects left in the vagina for too long, it may cause infection and cause cervical inflammation in people with acute cervical cancer. Therefore, when women find foreign objects in their bodies, they should go to the hospital immediately to remove them.

4. If there is acute candidal vaginitis, candidal vaginitis or bacterial vaginitis, it is possible to cause acute cervicitis, and gonococci are also prone to gonococcal cervicitis, so when the situation occurs, it must be treated immediately.
