Delayed menstruation with less volume and lighter color

Delayed menstruation with less volume and lighter color

As we all know in daily life, menstruation is often called a good friend by women. Generally, the menstrual period is about 3-7 days. However, in today's modern society, due to some pressure from family and work, women's endocrine disorders and irregular menstruation may occur. Some women will report delayed menstruation or more or less menstrual flow. In some cases, the color of menstruation is uncertain.

Question 1:

The average menstrual cycle for women is 28 to 30 days, but some people have their period every 40 days. But as long as there is regularity, it is normal. In addition, menstruation is easily affected by many factors, so it is normal for it to be 3 to 5 days earlier or later. If this menstrual cycle is 20 days, and the next one is 40 days, and this happens frequently, and some women even have menstruation that comes every 1-2 days, and then comes every 1-2 days after more than 10 days, losing the periodicity, this is considered irregular menstruation. When a girl reaches her first menstruation, her ovaries have just developed and their functions are not yet perfect, so they may experience functional disorders and irregularities. This is not a pathological phenomenon.

Question 2:

Menstrual period (also known as menstrual period) Women's menstrual period is about 3 to 7 days. The general pattern of menstruation is that there is not much menstrual blood on the first day, but it increases on the second and third days, and then gradually decreases until the menstrual blood stops. This is because the endometrium just begins to shed on the first day, and on the second and third days, the shedding of the endometrium increases, the amount of bleeding also increases, the uterus is stimulated, the contraction is strengthened, and a large amount of menstrual blood is discharged. For some people, after their menstrual blood has stopped, it comes back a day or two later. This is commonly known as "menstrual bleeding comes back". This is not a disease but a normal phenomenon. However, some women's menstrual period lasts for 10 to 20 days, and the menstruation is endless; some women's menstrual period is very short and just passes in a flash. Both phenomena are abnormal.

Question 3:

Normal menstrual blood is dark red in color, mixed with small fragments of shed endometrium, cervical mucus, and vaginal epithelial cells, but without blood clots. If the menstrual blood is as thin as water, only slightly pink, or black or purple, it is abnormal. If the menstrual blood is completely blood clots, it is also abnormal and there may be other bleeding sites. You should see a doctor as soon as possible to ensure your health.
