2. Avoid eating cold and raw foods

Eating raw or cold food after childbirth will be detrimental to the replenishment of qi and blood, easily lead to spleen and stomach digestion and absorption dysfunction, and is not conducive to the discharge of lochia and the removal of blood stasis.

3. Avoid spicy food

Eating spicy foods, such as chili peppers, can easily damage body fluids, consume qi, and damage blood, aggravate qi and blood deficiency, and easily cause constipation, which is also harmful to the baby after entering breast milk. Moreover, the mother's qi and blood are weak after childbirth. 4. Avoid sour and astringent foods

5. Avoid cold drinks
