We all know that babies grow up healthily by drinking their mother's milk when they are young. Breast milk is a liquid food, so it is very easy to digest. However, there are always some mothers who have less milk at night. So what should mothers do when they do not have enough milk at night?

1. Adding formula milk or other foods too early is one of the main reasons for insufficient milk. Since the baby has eaten other foods and does not feel hungry, he will automatically reduce the time he spends sucking milk. In this way, the milk will automatically adjust and reduce the output.

2. Feeding time is too short. Some mothers limit the number of feedings, or the feeding time is too short each time, which will cause a decrease in breast milk production. In fact, there is no fixed schedule for breastfeeding. The baby can eat when he is hungry; the time of each feeding should also be decided by the baby himself. Sometimes the baby's mouth leaves the mother's nipple, maybe just to take a break, to catch a breath (sucking milk is very tiring, have you ever heard the phrase "sucking with all your might"), or because of curiosity to observe the surrounding environment.

3. The rapid growth period of infants is about two to three weeks, six weeks, and about three months. It is a relatively fast growth stage for infants. At this time, the baby will frequently ask to suck milk. This can be said to be the baby's instinct to increase the mother's milk production. If other foods are added at this time, it will hinder the increase of milk.

4. Malnourished breastfeeding mothers should pay more attention to nutrition on a daily basis and should not lose weight excessively to avoid affecting the secretion of milk. It is best to eat more protein-rich foods, drink an appropriate amount of liquids, and pay attention to whether the nutrition is balanced.

Drink more soup to keep your body hydrated. Pig's trotters and peanut stew (without boiling over) are the best for milk production. Also, make sure to get enough rest (very important). If your baby sleeps with you at night, try to make up for the sleep during the day.
