(3) Menstrual period is a natural process of hormone secretion. Many women experience premenstrual symptoms such as dizziness, headache, abdominal pain, and irritability due to the influence of progesterone and estrogen secretion during menstruation. However, not every girl will experience similar symptoms. Therefore, there is no definite answer. It still depends on the individual's physical condition. If your body can bear it, there is no problem in running, but the estrogen and progesterone levels during this period are very low, so fast or long-distance running is not suitable; if your body is really unwell and even standing is difficult, of course you can't force it, and the right thing to do is to have a good rest. Ultra-slow jogging is beneficial to blood circulation. Before menstruation, many girls will experience edema, chest swelling, etc. At this time, they can do light activities such as ultra-slow jogging to make the body warm, which is beneficial to blood circulation. During menstruation, unless you are very uncomfortable and need to rest in bed, you can use the method of ultra-slow jogging to help discharge menstrual blood, but it is best to avoid the day of peak bleeding and avoid strenuous exercise.
