Why do girls sweat so much?

Why do girls sweat so much?

Girls all love beauty. In the summer, they dare not go out or exercise for fear of sweating. If they sweat a little, they are afraid that they will produce odor and be discovered by others, which will create a bad impression of themselves. Especially girls who sweat a lot, they would like to stay only in air-conditioned rooms. In fact, sweat itself has no smell, but because the trace elements contained in the human body will be excreted from the body with sweat, the evaporation of sweat forms a sweat smell.

Did you know that sweat itself is actually odorless? Sweat is composed of 99% water, and the remaining 1% is salt, lactic acid, uric acid, etc. Therefore, if the body is in normal condition, there will be no odor. If there is really an unpleasant odor, you should check if there is something wrong with your lifestyle habits!

Common causes of sweat odor:

1. Insufficient exercise.

The inability to excrete sweat normally leads to waste accumulation in the body. You should exercise at appropriate times to allow the body to metabolize and sweat normally. If you are unable to exercise, you can also rely on taking a bath to help you sweat.

2. High pressure and mood swings.

When you are under great stress, it is easy for you to sweat in areas with larger pores, which are breeding grounds for bacteria. Sweat can easily produce odor, so you should relax and avoid being too nervous.

3. Not wiping dry immediately after sweating and not changing into clean clothes.

When sweating, the human body will naturally excrete waste. If it is not wiped dry or clothes are not changed as soon as possible, bacteria will easily grow in the humid and hot conditions, which will cause odor. Normally, you should wipe it off immediately after exercising or sweating a lot to keep your body dry.

4. Excessive intake of meat.

Especially red meat. Meat with too strong fishy smell can easily produce unpleasant odor in sweat. If you consume meat, you can start with white meat, or change the cooking method and eat lighter meat.

5. Stay in an air-conditioned space for a long time.

It’s great to have air conditioning on a hot summer day, but staying in an air-conditioned room for a long time can easily reduce the function of your sweat glands, which can also cause body odor. You can take advantage of your lunch break to go out for a walk, or use your time after get off work to exercise more to increase sweating.

6. Insufficient water intake.

Adults should consume enough water every day so that waste in the body can be excreted through urine. On the contrary, if you drink too little water, the natural odor when you sweat will be heavier.

If you want to be a real zero-distance girl, you must pay attention to the above points. Not only will your body be healthier, but you won’t have to hide when you sweat in the future!
