1. Abnormal uterine bleeding. During the physiological cycle with ovulation, abnormal uterine bleeding occurs during ovulation. The bleeding is less, and sometimes only brown secretion is present. It usually stops on its own in 2-3 days, and up to 7 days.

2. Abdominal pain. Regular intermenstrual pain can be mild or frequent, usually lasting for several hours, and in some patients it can last for 2-3 days.

3. Infertility. It may be caused by interrupting the couple's sex life due to ovulation bleeding, resulting in missed chance of pregnancy. Note: Generally there are no significant positive signs. The diagnosis can be made by diagnostic curettage, measurement of ovulation temperature (ovulation temperature is biphasic, with bleeding occurring when low and high temperatures change), and laparoscopy. If the symptoms are mild, no treatment is needed. If there is heavy bleeding or fertility problems, medication can be used for treatment.

There are probably two reasons why leucorrhea with blood during ovulation:

1. Imbalance in estrogen metabolism causes large fluctuations in female hormones during ovulation, resulting in significant bleeding.

2. Inflammation of the uterine wall or the inflammatory thickening of the uterine and ovarian surface causes significant hematoma of the uterine wall during ovulation, and the bleeding is difficult to stop on its own, or the inflamed and thickened ovarian surface ruptures and the bleeding increases compared to normal, and flows back into the uterine cavity with the peristalsis of both fallopian tubes and is discharged from the body through the vagina.

There is blood in the leucorrhea during ovulation. If the bleeding is small, it can be cured in most cases. It will not affect your health and pregnancy. Just pay attention to the hygiene of your private parts.
