On the one hand, children should be interested in other foods, and on the other hand, they should not be overly dependent on their mothers. Try to eat when you can, and do a good job of educating your children. Gradually reduce the number of feedings to reduce the stimulation of sucking, and the amount of milk will naturally decrease.

(2) If your breasts become swollen during the weaning process, you can squeeze out a little milk every day. Of course, don’t squeeze too much, just make sure your breasts don’t get too swollen. It is also a gradual process for children. During the weaning process, we should pay more attention to the child's diet. For mothers, the health of the child is our greatest happiness.

When weaning, there will be a process of milk swelling. It is best not to squeeze out the milk during this process. If you keep squeezing the milk, the milk will continue to be secreted. However, if the milk swelling is too severe, you can squeeze it out a little.

3. Precautions for weaning

1. If your breasts are swollen and uncomfortable, you can squeeze out the milk, but don't squeeze it out completely, otherwise it will promote milk secretion and have the opposite effect.
