Clindamycin generally needs to be used with caution during breastfeeding. If there are obvious inflammatory symptoms, it is recommended to use penicillin anti-inflammatory drugs or cephalosporin antibiotics. If used during breastfeeding, it is relatively safe to wait at least 4 hours before breastfeeding, and you need to drink plenty of water to promote drug metabolism. Medication should be used with caution during breastfeeding to avoid affecting the development of the child through breast milk.

Clindamycin hydrochloride for injection is a lincomycin antibiotic with the following medicinal value: it mainly binds to the 50S subunit bacterial ribosome, inhibits the early protein synthesis of bacteria, and eliminates the A protein and villous coat on the surface of bacteria, making them easy to be ingested and destroyed. In vitro tests have shown that clindamycin is specific to the following microbial species: Staphylococcus aurantiacus and Staphylococcus exigua (both including penicillinase-producing and non-penicillinase-producing species), streptococcal infections (except fecal enteric gram-negative rods), and Streptococcus pneumoniae. Bacteroides (including Bacteroides fragilis and melanogenic Bacteroides) and Streptococcus spp.

The function of clindamycin hydrochloride for injection is: it is suitable for moderate and severe infections caused by Streptococcus, Staphylococcus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (including Bacteroides fragilis, Streptococcus inflations, Actinomycetes, etc.), such as aspiration pneumonia, empyema, lung abscess, osteomyelitis, abdominal infection, pelvic infection and sepsis.

Production and use methods and dosage: Dosage for children: Oral administration, 10~20 Mg/(kg apple d), divided into 3 or 4 times; for more serious infections, 20~30 Mg/(kg apple d), divided into 3 or 4 times; superficial intramuscular injection or intravenous drip

Note: 15~25mg/kg:d), for more serious infections, 25~40mg/kg:d), divided into 3 or 4 times. Adult dosage: oral, 0.15~0.3g each time, 3 or 4 times a day; for more serious infections, 0.3~0.6g each time, 3 or 4 times a day. Superficial intramuscular injection or intravenous drip, 0.6~1.2g/d, for more serious infections, 1.8~2.4g/(kg apple d), the maximum dosage should not exceed 4.8g/d, divided into 2 or 3 times.
