What are the dangers of breast implants?

Breast augmentation surgery is already a relatively common surgery. For many women with poor figures, breast augmentation can make women more confident, and they also look very beautiful and can more easily control various clothes. Generally speaking, breast augmentation uses prostheses to enlarge the breasts, and the effect is very obvious. However, relatively speaking, it also has some disadvantages, such as being prone to infection. It is best for girls to understand some relevant knowledge before breast augmentation.

1. Pain after autologous fat breast augmentation

Many girls will feel chest pain after undergoing autologous breast augmentation surgery. This is because too much fat is used or the fat injected into the chest is too concentrated, which then causes pain and sequelae such as cysts, fibrosis or calcification, breast deformation, and fat necrosis.

2. Poor shape after autologous fat breast augmentation

The disadvantage of autologous fat is that the fat is absorbed unevenly. Fat absorption will be uneven in some parts of the chest, and the amount of fat absorbed will also be different, resulting in local depressions or uneven breasts on both sides.

3. Bleeding after autologous fat breast augmentation

Bleeding during autologous fat breast augmentation is caused by damaging the breast capillaries when injecting fat into the chest or because of the operator's coagulation mechanism disorder and improper pressure bandage after the operation. This kind of situation can be avoided. Therefore, the injection action should be gentle, the layers should be well controlled, and large blood vessels should be avoided as much as possible. The injection needle used should be a blunt-tipped side hole. When a hematoma occurs, it can be aspirated with a needle and then bandaged with local pressure. In severe cases, the wound needs to be reopened to stop bleeding and hemostatic drugs need to be given intravenously.

4. Infection:

Redness, swelling, heat and pain are the main manifestations, which may occur shortly after surgery or at any time after surgery. If the symptoms do not subside after proper treatment, it is recommended to remove the artificial breast in time. Capsule formation and contracture: The formation of a capsule around the prosthesis after surgery is the body's normal physiological response to the implantation of foreign bodies. It exists in all patients to varying degrees and may be thin or thick, depending on the individual.
