What are the causes of female infertility?

According to traditional Chinese thinking, continuing the family line is very important. Although it is not as strict now as it was in ancient times, children are still very important to the family, and they can promote harmony in the relationship between husband and wife. Having children can also add a lot of fun to you, but some women cannot get pregnant due to infertility symptoms and cannot have their own children for the rest of their lives. So what are the causes of female infertility?

1. Uterus:

Uterine disease is another major cause of infertility. Whether it is uterine malformation, primary immature uterus or endometriosis, it will affect the implantation of eggs in the uterus and cause infertility. Ectopic endometrium can act as an autoantigen, causing women's immune hyperfunction, such as the production of anti-endometrial antibodies; ectopic endometrium can also produce more prostaglandins, leading to strong contractions of the uterine and fallopian tube muscles, interfering with the movement of sperm and eggs and the implantation of fertilized eggs, thus causing infertility. In addition, many women suffer from multiple miscarriages due to unmarried pregnancy, or may suffer from diseases such as intrauterine adhesions and fallopian tube adhesions caused by intrauterine adhesions. These diseases can also hinder women's ability to conceive.

2. Fallopian tube:

Diseases such as fallopian tube obstruction, fallopian tube occlusion, and fallopian tube inflammation may hinder the meeting of sperm and egg, resulting in the inability to form a fertilized egg and causing infertility. This is also the most common cause of female infertility.

3. Ovaries :

Factors that affect the development of follicles or egg release, such as the failure of ovulation, the failure of ovulation to rupture, and ovarian dysfunction, can cause infertility. Yin Xiping also gave a special introduction to polycystic ovary syndrome. The symptoms of this disease are anovulation. The eggs can develop and mature, but the follicles do not rupture and cannot be discharged. In this case, the eggs gradually atrophy and remain in the ovaries. Every time the egg shrinks, it will be converted into androgen, which stimulates the ovaries. Over time, it may inhibit ovarian function and cause endocrine disorders.
