It is very bad if you often go hungry for one meal and full for the next. Over time, it will lead to weak spleen and stomach, damaged spleen, and natural attack of dampness.

2. Air conditioning is not stopped

You may not be able to stand the heat of autumn. When someone is sleeping and is covered with a quilt, you still use the air conditioner. Excessive use may cause cold air to enter the body. The external cold will affect the health of the spleen and stomach.

3. Staying up late often

Staying up late can easily harm your body, and staying up late frequently can cause even more harm to your health. If it is because of overtime, the frequency of overtime should not be too high, and you should make up for the sleep the next day; if it is for fun, it is best to avoid it.

Staying up late for a long time will damage the yin. It causes yin deficiency and qi deficiency, and is harmful to the spleen and stomach. It will cause excessive moisture.
