What are the symptoms of ectopic pregnancy

Ectopic pregnancy is a relatively dangerous type of pregnancy, not only for the fetus, but also for the health of the mother. Common symptoms include a history of amenorrhea, irregular vaginal bleeding, or fainting, palpitations and thirst.

1. If you have a history of amenorrhea , early pregnancy reactions, dull pain in one side of the lower abdomen, or crampy pain in the lower abdomen, you should consider that you may have an early ectopic pregnancy. You must take your first morning urine to see a gynecologist. If the urine pregnancy test is positive, and an ultrasound examination 42 days after menstruation shows no gestational sac in the uterine cavity but an abnormal mass outside the uterus, then the possibility of ectopic pregnancy is high.

2. Ectopic pregnancy is confirmed by amenorrhea, early pregnancy reactions, and a positive urine pregnancy test. An ultrasound examination 49 days after amenorrhea shows that no primitive cardiovascular pulsation is seen in the uterine cavity, but primitive cardiovascular pulsation (early heartbeat of the embryo) is seen outside the uterus, which can confirm an ectopic pregnancy.

3. If there is ectopic pregnancy, ruptured bleeding , amenorrhea, early pregnancy reaction, positive pregnancy test, severe pain in the lower abdomen with a feeling of defecation, and a small amount of vaginal bleeding (or no bleeding), you should consider that you have an ectopic pregnancy and it has ruptured and is bleeding. At this time, you should go to the gynecological emergency room immediately for medical treatment. During the gynecological examination, you will find shaking pain in your cervix, tenderness in the posterior fornix, no enlargement of the uterus, and a tender mass next to the uterus. The doctor will perform a posterior fornix puncture and draw out uncoagulated dark red blood, which basically confirms the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy rupture and bleeding.

4. Heavy bleeding from ectopic pregnancy has the above symptoms, as well as fainting, dizziness, palpitations, and thirst; self-examination in the mirror shows pale complexion and bloodless nails, revealing a lot of intra-abdominal bleeding, about 1/3 of the total body blood loss. At this time, you must go to the hospital emergency room as soon as possible. Generally, you need to call an ambulance and send you to the emergency room quickly. The doctor examined you and found that your pulse was very fast, reaching 100 to 160 beats per minute, your blood pressure was low, your abdomen was swollen, and there was uncoagulated blood in the posterior fornix puncture. It was revealed that there was a lot of bleeding in the abdominal cavity and it was still continuing.
