Will ectopic pregnancy always cause bleeding? Is it dangerous?

Many women may think that they will not be so unlucky as to have an ectopic pregnancy. In fact, the incidence of ectopic pregnancy is not low, about 2%. The incidence of ectopic pregnancy has been increasing in recent years. Therefore, women should be more vigilant about ectopic pregnancy and understand some of its symptoms.

1. Ectopic pregnancy is one of the common gynecological acute abdominal diseases. If not diagnosed and treated promptly, it may even be life-threatening. In a normal pregnancy, the fertilized egg implants in the endometrium of the uterine cavity. In some cases, the fertilized egg implants in the fallopian tube, ovary, abdominal cavity, and cervix, becoming an ectopic pregnancy. However, what we usually call ectopic pregnancy refers to an ectopic pregnancy in the fallopian tube. The incidence of ectopic pregnancy has gradually increased in recent years, and there is almost one ectopic pregnancy in every 50 pregnancies.

2. Generally, there will be no bleeding before the ectopic pregnancy ruptures. Ectopic pregnancy will cause early bleeding. Once the fallopian tube pregnancy occurs, the fallopian tube will rupture and bleeding symptoms will occur. The consequences will be disastrous. When an ectopic pregnancy occurs, there will be a tearing pain, and the blood will be bright red, not like menstrual blood.

3. Irregular vaginal bleeding is mostly spotting, dark brown, small in amount, not exceeding the amount of menstruation. If a woman suddenly experiences severe pain in the lower abdomen when she is 40 to 50 days pregnant, followed by severe pain in the entire abdomen.

4. At the same time, there is swelling and pain in the anus area, and a feeling of wanting to defecate. In severe cases, the patient will have a pale face, cold hands and feet, cold sweats all over the body, dizziness, and even fainting, accompanied by intermittent small amounts of vaginal bleeding, which is often an ectopic pregnancy. If an ectopic pregnancy is discovered, you should go to a specialist hospital for treatment as soon as possible to eliminate life-threatening dangers.

(2) Severe abdominal pain, which occurs suddenly and is often accompanied by nausea and vomiting. Irregular vaginal bleeding, dark brown in color, small in amount, and spotty.
