Common examinations for female infertility, keep these measures in mind!

Due to various reasons, female infertility has become more and more serious, and many women are troubled by this situation. Here we would like to remind women who are temporarily unable to get pregnant not to have too much psychological pressure and to go to the hospital for a detailed examination.

1. Endometrial examination

Check the cleanliness of the vagina before menstruation to see if there is vaginal trichomoniasis, fungal infection, or vaginal bacterial disease. Normally, it can help determine whether it is ovulation and corpus luteum function.

2. Fallopian tube intubation under B-ultrasound

The patency and specific position of the fallopian tubes can be checked, but it is best not to have sex within 3-7 days after the menstruation is over.

3. Blood hormone measurement

Patients with infertility and gynecological endocrine diseases should undergo this examination.

4. Ovarian Abnormalities

Diseases such as ovarian hypoplasia, corpus luteum insufficiency, premature ovarian failure, polycystic ovary syndrome, and ovarian tumors may cause abnormal development of ovarian follicles or hinder the release of eggs, thereby leading to female infertility.

5. Abnormal fallopian tube

Congenitally long or narrow fallopian tubes, as well as fallopian tube inflammation, can damage the normal function of the fallopian tubes and hinder the normal transportation of sperm, eggs and fertilized eggs, ultimately causing female infertility.

6. Routine examination of semen

Semen sperm examination is a routine examination. By checking relevant semen parameters, we can understand the basic situation of sperm. It is best to abstain from sex for 2-7 days, collect semen through masturbation, and conduct a semen sperm test.

7. Seminal plasma biochemical examination

Seminal plasma biochemical examination can help doctors understand the functions of the prostate, epididymis, and seminal vesicles. If the patient has low semen volume, oligospermia, asthenospermia, azoospermia, or unexplained decrease in sperm motility, a seminal plasma biochemical examination can be performed, which commonly contains botulinum toxin, fructose, acid phosphatase, etc.
