3. Decoction

15g of Rehmannia glutinosa, 10g of Ligustrum lucidum, 10g of Chinese yam, 10g of Cortex Moutan, 10g of Raw Astragalus, 10g of Chinese Angelica, 10g of Ligusticum chuanxiong, 10g of Achyranthes bidentata, 10g of Cornus officinalis, and 10g of Poria are also acceptable! At the same time, you need to pay attention to moderate sexual life. Generally, Yin deficiency and hyperactivity of fire are caused by the loss of Yin essence. You should also avoid warm and dry fruits and condiments, such as lychee, longan, durian, mango, star anise, pepper, cinnamon, etc. You should also avoid eating high-fat, high-calorie greasy foods. It is better to give up food from McDonald's and KFC. Avoid stimulating drinks such as coffee. You can drink less green tea. You can also quench your thirst with mung bean soup at ordinary times, but mung beans are cold in nature, so people with weak spleen and stomach and diarrhea should avoid it.
