Why do girls have freckles?

Just after the beginning of spring, the spots on the faces of many women who had freckles began to darken or even increase in number. This makes girls who love beauty very distressed. The freckles had obviously faded a lot in the winter, but they appeared again in the spring. What are freckles, and why are they so difficult to remove?

There are two main reasons for skin spots: external reasons and internal reasons:

External causes:

1. Ultraviolet rays: When exposed to ultraviolet rays, the human body will produce a lot of melanin in the basal layer in order to protect the skin. Therefore, in order to protect the skin, more pigments will accumulate in sensitive areas. Frequent exposure to strong sunlight not only promotes skin aging, but also causes skin diseases such as dark spots and freckles due to pigmentation.

2. Bad cleaning habits: Strong cleaning habits make the skin sensitive, which will irritate the skin. When the skin is sensitive, the body's melanocytes will secrete a lot of melanin in order to protect the skin. When the pigment is excessive, skin pigmentation problems such as spots and blemishes will appear.

3. Genetic genes: If one of the parents has spots, the probability of the individual developing spots is very high. This situation can be determined to be the result of genetic genes to a certain extent. Therefore, those who have freckles at home, especially the elders, should pay attention to avoid ultraviolet radiation, which is one of the important factors causing freckles. This is something you must pay attention to in order to prevent spots.

Internal reasons:

1. Stress: When people are under stress, they will secrete adrenaline to prepare for dealing with the stress. If you are under stress for a long time, the balance of your body's metabolism will be disrupted, the supply of nutrients needed by the skin will slow down, and the pigment stem cells will become very active.

2. Hormone imbalance: The female hormone estrogen contained in contraceptives will stimulate the secretion of melanin cells and form uneven spots. Although the spots formed by contraceptives will stop after the medication is discontinued, they will still remain on the skin for a long time.

3. Slow metabolism: Spots may also appear when the liver's metabolism is abnormal or the ovarian function is impaired. Pigmentation problems are exacerbated because the body is in a sensitive state due to poor metabolism or endocrine disorders. Constipation can cause spots, which are actually caused by endocrine disorders leading to allergic constitution. When the body is in abnormal condition, exposure to ultraviolet rays will also accelerate the formation of spots.

4. Improper use of cosmetics: Using cosmetics that are not suitable for your skin will cause skin allergies. If the skin is exposed to excessive ultraviolet rays during the treatment process, the skin will accumulate melanin in the inflamed area in order to resist external invasion, which will cause pigmentation problems.
