Hemorrhoids examination for women, complete list of hemorrhoids examination methods

As the saying goes: Nine out of ten men and ten out of ten women have hemorrhoids. Although this statement is somewhat exaggerated, it does to some extent illustrate the high incidence of hemorrhoids, especially in women. When early symptoms of hemorrhoids appear, people should go to the hospital for examination in time for symptomatic treatment.

1. Medical History

1: Hemorrhoids occur in adults and are rare in children and adolescents under 18 years old. The early symptoms of internal hemorrhoids are not obvious, mainly intermittent bleeding during defecation, without pain or other discomfort. In the middle and late stages, there is prolapse of hemorrhoids during defecation, mucus discharge, itching and pain during the attack. For external hemorrhoids, hemorrhoidal bulges or skin tags can be seen at the anal margin, with heaviness and pain as the main manifestation. Mixed hemorrhoids have the characteristics of both.

II: Anal inspection

1: The most commonly used method is to check the anus for blood, mucus, swelling, pus, feces, and the condition of the anal canal; check for prolapse of internal hemorrhoids, varicose external hemorrhoids, thrombosed external hemorrhoids and skin tags around the anus. If necessary, a squatting examination can be performed.

Three: Anorectal digital examination

1: It is an important examination method. There are usually no abnormalities in grade I and II internal hemorrhoids during digital examination. For recurrent prolapsed grade III and IV internal hemorrhoids, fibrotic hemorrhoidal tissue on the dentate line can sometimes be felt during digital examination. Anorectal examination can rule out anorectal tumors and other diseases.

Four: Attraction detection method

Negative pressure technology is used to suck the tumor out of the anus for observation, and then precise instruments are used to analyze and judge the composition of the tumor, DNA, etc. to accurately determine the condition.

Five: Anorectal endoscopy

It can determine the location, size, number of internal hemorrhoids and whether there is bleeding, edema, erosion, etc. on the surface mucosa of the internal hemorrhoids.

6: If your health

If you notice any symptoms of the disease, do not delay diagnosis and go to a regular hospital for treatment in time to avoid delaying the disease and causing serious consequences.
