Today, the editor brings you some knowledge about how women can protect their breast health. Friends who are interested, come and have a look.

The reason why women always feel that their bras are tight

Only those who wear a bra know whether it is comfortable or not. Some women always wear small-sized bras to highlight the sexiness of their breasts, but discomfort comes with it. Some people feel tight even if they wear a well-fitting bra. Why is that? Is it just a psychological effect?

This situation is actually an illusion; the real problem is blood stasis.

There is a very famous prescription in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, which is Wang Qingren’s Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction. This prescription targets the blockage of qi and blood in the body's meridians, which causes all sorts of strange symptoms, one of which is that women always feel their bras are too tight.

Recently, a patient like this appeared in a certain hospital. She had a dark yellow complexion, and she often had pain in her waist and shoulders, and she also had chest tightness from time to time. The doctor asked her if she always felt that the bra she wore was too tight, and the woman nodded quickly.

So he gave him three doses of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction. During the follow-up visit, the patient reported that 60% of his symptoms had improved. Moreover, his temper has improved a lot. He used to be always irritable and would scold his two children at every turn.

How to wear a bra

1. Lean forward 45 degrees, put on the bra straps on your shoulders, position the bottom edge of the cup under your chest, and fasten the back hook.

2. Keep your body tilted, and use your palms to help move the fat on the outside of the breasts from the back to the armpits into the cup. After adjusting both sides, stand up straight.

3. Pull the back piece down until it is at least level with the bottom edge of the chest.

4. Adjust the length of the shoulder straps so that the nipple is located in the center of the cup.

5. Keep standing upright and repeat step 2 to make sure the cup completely covers your chest. Shake your hands and move your body around until you feel stable and secure.

Precautions for women to wear bras

1. Try to choose a loose-fitting bra. Wearing a bra that is too small and too tight for a long time will affect local blood and lymph circulation, and easily induce various breast diseases.

2. Don’t wear a bra for too long. Don't wear a bra when you sleep, and there is no need to wear a bra when you are at home. If you wear a bra for too long during the day, it is best to massage your breasts at night to promote blood circulation.

3. The bra straps should be of moderate width. Many women prefer narrow strap bras. However, when the neck, shoulders and upper limbs move, the narrow bra strap will compress the muscle tissue and cause blood circulation disorders.

4. Choose a bra made of pure cotton. Bras made of chemical fibers are not only prone to causing skin allergies and have poor breathability, but can also affect lactation. When people are active, the bra fits tightly against the nipples, and the nipples will constantly rub against the fibers inside the bra. The resulting filaments can easily enter the mammary glands through the nipple holes. Over time, they will clog the mammary glands and nipples, and induce breast cancer.

5. Wash the new bra before use. Bra fabrics may contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde during the weaving, printing, dyeing and sewing processes, so they must be washed before wearing.

Speaking of formaldehyde, special attention should be paid to asking the merchant for a product quality inspection report when purchasing bras. Bras are close-fitting textile products and may contain degradable aromatic amine dyes, which are carcinogenic and very harmful to the human body. Only when a product quality inspection report is made by the quality supervision department can you buy and wear them with confidence.

6. In addition, girls should not wear bras too early during their developmental period. It is more appropriate to wear them after the age of 16-18.
