This allows the waist, abdomen, legs, buttocks and genitals muscles to be exercised at the same time. The urination exercise method is the basic preparatory movement. After you become proficient in it, you can also do it while waiting for a bus on the street, reading a newspaper or watching TV at home, without any side effects.
