Women with excessive moisture are prone to four types of gynecological diseases

Chinese medicine experts say that many women have the problem of excessive moisture in their bodies. Women with excessive moisture in their bodies are prone to four gynecological diseases: menstrual disorders, leucorrhea, pregnancy diseases and postpartum diseases. To treat these diseases caused by excessive moisture in women's bodies, you can use Chinese medicine conditioning prescriptions.

1. Menstrual disorders

Living in wetlands for a long time or wading in water in the rain can often cause external dampness, which can lead to limb fatigue, pain, heaviness of the head and loss of appetite or low-grade fever before and after menstruation, irregular menstruation or premenstrual diarrhea, scanty menstruation, dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, and even infertility.

Traditional Chinese medicine treatment: This disease is often treated clinically with the Wen Qi Hua Shi Decoction from Fu Qingzhu's Gynecology. Medicinal ingredients: 30 grams of scorched Atractylodes macrocephala, 15 grams of Morinda officinalis, 12 grams of stir-fried lentils, 15 grams of stir-fried yam, 12 grams of Poria cocos, 5 grams of ginkgo, and 15 grams of lotus seeds. Decoction in water, 1 dose per day, 5 to 10 doses will be effective.

2. Leucorrhea

"The dampness and earth's qi attract each other of the same kind." When internal and external dampness combine, the dampness traps the spleen and earth, causing the spleen to fail to function properly. The dampness overflows and flows down to the uterus, causing the belt meridian to fail to function properly, resulting in excessive leucorrhea. The dampness turns into heat and damages the meridians, or becomes damp-heat and dampness toxicity, which results in green, yellow, red, white, or black discharge. Fu Qingzhu's Gynecology says: "Leucorrhea is caused by dampness."

Traditional Chinese medicine treatment: The main method for treating leukorrhea is to strengthen the spleen and eliminate dampness. The decoction for stopping leukorrhea is also often used in clinical treatment. The medicinal ingredients are: 15 grams of Codonopsis pilosula, 30 grams of scorched Atractylodes macrocephala, 12 grams of Poria cocos, 6 grams of dried tangerine peel, 12 grams of stir-fried lentils, 24 grams of stir-fried yam, 15 grams of stir-fried Coix seeds, 12 grams of Plantago seed, 9 grams of Alisma orientalis, 9 grams of Atractylodes lancea, and 3 grams of liquorice. Decoction in water.

3. Pregnancy diseases

Internal retention of water and dampness and poor qi transformation can often lead to worsening nausea and vomiting in the early stages of pregnancy, with symptoms such as headache, nausea, chest tightness, poor appetite, vomiting and loss of appetite.

Traditional Chinese medicine treatment prescription: Usually use Perilla Heqi Drink with modifications: 12 grams of Angelica sinensis, 3 grams of Chuanxiong, 12 grams of stir-fried white peony root, 12 grams of Codonopsis pilosula, 6 grams of Perilla frutescens, 5 grams of dried tangerine peel, 5 grams of dried tangerine peel, 6 grams of Amomum villosum, 6 grams of Patchouli, 5 grams of Cyperus rotundus, and 3 grams of Licorice. Decoction in water.

Excessive dampness during pregnancy can often cause fetal edema, pregnancy edema, and diarrhea, which can often be treated with Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang with modifications.

4. Postpartum disease

Postpartum women are often "weak and have a lot of blood stasis", with both Qi and blood deficient, and insufficient spleen and stomach. They are most susceptible to the invasion of dampness, which can cause postpartum vomiting and diarrhea, edema, lochia, and limb pain.

TCM treatment: First, harmonize qi and blood, mainly using Shenghua Decoction with modifications, then strengthen the spleen and remove dampness, using Liujunzi Decoction with modifications to make the positive energy strong and the dampness subside.

Health experts remind: Women with heavy moisture are prone to gynecological diseases, so they need to get rid of moisture. To get rid of moisture, you can exercise more. Modern people use their brains more and consume less physical energy. In addition, they stay in closed and air-conditioned rooms for a long time and rarely sweat, so the body's ability to regulate humidity becomes worse. Try running, walking, swimming, yoga, Tai Chi, or any other exercise that makes you breathless and sweaty. It can help activate blood circulation, enhance water metabolism, and speed up the excretion of moisture from the body.
