What are the symptoms of embryo not implanting?

Some families may be anxious to have a baby, and soon after having sex, they may be anxious to know whether they are pregnant. In fact, if the test tube embryo begins to implant, female friends will have certain symptoms. So, what are the symptoms if the test tube embryo does not implant?

1. Reasons for embryo failure to implant

Some women have been married for many years and have normal sexual life, but have never gotten pregnant. It is very likely because the corpus luteum of the ovary is not functioning properly, the progesterone secretion is insufficient, and the uterine wall has abnormalities, which affects the implantation of the embryo combined with the sperm and egg. In most cases, the healthiest sperm and egg will fuse together, but in some special cases, some abnormal sperm will fuse with the egg first. Sometimes, after the egg fuses with one sperm, a second sperm also fuses with the same egg, and the resulting sperm-egg fusion has congenital defects.

Common reasons for test tube embryos not implanting include thin endometrium, abnormal female hormones in the body, ectopic pregnancy and other factors. The failure of test tube embryos to successfully implant is one of the causes of infertility. For women, men's sperm and seminal plasma are obviously foreign bodies. But under normal circumstances, women will not produce anti-sperm antibodies. Only under certain circumstances, such as due to inflammation and damage to the female reproductive system, antibodies will be produced in female blood cells and cervical mucus. At this time, the macrophages in the female reproductive system, especially the uterus, will produce an immune response for "self-defense", which can make the sperm that has passed through the cervix inactive, coagulated or killed, which may also lead to embryo implantation failure.

2. What are the symptoms of fertilized egg implantation?

1. Implantation bleeding: Implantation bleeding is the most common symptom when the fertilized egg implants. It usually occurs around the 8th day after ovulation. When the fertilized egg implants, it will puncture the uterine wall and cause a small amount of bleeding. The bleeding caused by embryo implantation is different from normal bleeding because the bleeding is very little and is often mixed with secretions. It mainly manifests as pink or brown leucorrhea. There may also be spotty bleeding, but it is significantly different from menstruation. If the menstruation does not come after the bleeding, and the menstrual period is overdue for more than a week, or even 2 weeks, it means that you are pregnant.

2. Breast changes: Breast enlargement and loosening is often related to embryo implantation. After the embryo implants, the body's estrogen and oestrogen levels will increase, and the breasts will feel tingling, which is because the breasts are enlarging. And the breasts will continue to swell, but they will feel soft to the touch. When the body's hormone levels change, breast pain will no longer occur. In addition, the nipples and nipples will also become heavier, and small nodules will appear around the nipples.
