How to treat fallopian tube obstruction

With the continuous development of modern industry, environmental pollution is becoming increasingly serious. The polluted environment affects people's health and increases the incidence of many diseases. Especially for women nowadays, they usually have their own jobs and are busy with work. In addition, they do not pay attention to diet, life and rest, lack exercise, use contraceptives for a long time, etc., which leads to the continuous increase in the infertility rate of women.

There are many diseases that cause female infertility, such as irregular menstruation, uterine cold, metritis, pelvic inflammatory disease, fallopian tube blockage and so on. Among the many diseases that cause female infertility, fallopian tube obstruction is the most common. Next, let’s learn how to treat infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction.

Fallopian tube obstruction is one of the important causes of female infertility, accounting for 1/3 of infertile patients. It has been gradually increasing in recent years and is a difficult problem in the treatment of infertility. Fallopian tube obstruction is mainly caused by inflammation spreading upward through the endometrium, first causing inflammatory changes in the fallopian tube mucosa, degeneration or shedding of the fallopian tube epithelium, leading to adhesion of the fallopian tube mucosa, and then closure of the fallopian tube lumen or fimbria.

Domestic and foreign studies have shown that at least 80% of patients can achieve proximal fallopian tube recanalization through non-surgical means. Fallopian tube recanalization has a history of more than 10 years in the field of interventional treatment. It is used by clinicians and accepted by patients for its significant effects and few complications in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction. Selective salpingography and tubal recanalization have become one of the main methods for treating tubal obstruction infertility.

The above are the treatment methods for infertility caused by fallopian tube blockage. We can see that fallopian tube blockage is not an untreatable disease. Patients with fallopian tube blockage should not put too much psychological pressure on themselves. In fact, as long as they actively cooperate with the doctor's treatment, fallopian tube blockage can be completely cured.
