Expectant mothers must pay attention to the signs before delivery, especially if they have gestational hypertension, they should be hospitalized for delivery in time to ensure the safety of mother and child. When pregnant women experience symptoms before delivery, such as abdominal pain, they should not be taken lightly even if the symptoms are not obvious.

1. Only pain but no rupture of amniotic fluid and spotting during pregnancy

Generally, three or four days after full-term labor, there will be symptoms such as spotting, irregular pain, or false labor. It is normal to have pain without spotting or water breaking without pregnancy. You should go to the hospital first to check if there are any signs of premature birth. Therefore, don't be too anxious and continue to observe if there are any other conditions.

2. What do you feel before your water breaks during pregnancy?

1. Before the onset, the uterus will contract irregularly periodically, and then gradually change into periodic uterine contractions, and the ability of uterine contractions will become stronger and stronger. Depending on the progress of the labor process, some uterine contractions may last up to one minute, and in the intermediate period, they may be shortened to one to three minutes, and they are also periodic, and there is a tendency to increase uterine contractions.

2. Clear liquid will be discharged from the vagina, and amniotic fluid rupture will occur at this time. Sometimes there is vernix caseosa or meconium in this fluid, which is called rupture of the amniotic fluid. After the amniotic fluid breaks, there will be regular uterine contractions, which will continue until the baby is born.

3. Some pregnant women will discharge a small amount of stubborn mucus from their vagina before giving birth. This condition is called spotting during pregnancy, and the occurrence of spotting during pregnancy is a sign that ovulation is about to begin. If there is a lot of bleeding or bloody water, you need to go to the hospital for examination immediately.

4. This situation will occur if the frequency of urination increases before the pregnant woman gives birth, especially in the ten days before delivery. In addition, the position of the presenting part will be lowered into the pelvis, and the fundus of the uterus will also be lowered. Because it is pressed on the bladder, the bladder's urine storage capacity will be reduced, resulting in an increase in the frequency of urination.
