Female genital surgery

Female vulva plastic surgery is a new discipline that has emerged in recent years, mainly performing surgical treatments to reshape the female vulva. Female genital plastic surgery includes vulva plastic surgery and vaginal cosmetic surgery. Vulva plastic surgery is introduced in detail in this popular science book. The female vulva is like the face, it is different from person to person, the basic structure is the same, but the actual structures are different in every part.

Vulvar plastic surgery includes the following aspects of surgical treatment:

1. Labiaplasty: It is mainly a surgical treatment for reducing the labiaplasty for patients with asymmetric labiaplasty or redundant or hypertrophic labiaplasty. Some women also try to undergo surgery because they feel uncomfortable when wearing tight underwear. It is one of the more common surgical treatments for vulvar plastic surgery.

2. Labia Majora Reduction: Labia Majora Reduction is a surgical procedure that reduces the volume of the labia majora by reducing part of the fat in the labia majora area.

3. Autologous Fat Transplant to the Labia Majora: When the labia majora is thin and thin, the volume of the labia majora can be increased by fat transplantation, which can be performed by filling the subabdominal cavity with autologous fat and injecting it locally.

4. Clitoral hood reductions: Similar to male circumcision surgery, it removes part of the excessive foreskin on the surface of the clitoris to make the clitoris more prominent, increase the friction of the clitoris during sexual intercourse, and improve the regulation of sexual fluids.

5. Perineoplasty: It is mainly used to partially repair the perineum that has been torn and lacerated after birth. During the operation, the scars of the perineum caused by birth trauma need to be removed, and the perineum needs to be repaired again. It is usually performed together with vaginal tightening surgery. (Figure 4)

6. Hymenoplasty: It is a classic vulvar plastic surgery for women. It repairs the damaged hymen through surgery and reduces the size of the hymen hole. During the operation, the torn hymen was repaired and the size of the virgin hole was reduced after suturing again.

7. Supra pubic vulvar lift: This surgery is mainly to reduce the fat volume on the toes and raise the pubic skin upward.
