Can I have sex during 6 weeks of pregnancy?

After becoming pregnant, many mothers are more worried about having sex during pregnancy, because if they are not careful during sex, it is likely to affect the growth and development of the fetus. So how many months during pregnancy is it appropriate to have sex? Is it okay to have sex at six weeks pregnant?

You cannot have sex during the 6th week of pregnancy. The latest medical evidence shows that as long as your body is normal during pregnancy, you can have sex during pregnancy. However, it is recommended not to have sex during the first three months and the last two months of pregnancy, but sex is allowed in the second trimester. In the third month of pregnancy, the fetus is still unstable and estrogen secretion is insufficient. There is a risk of miscarriage during intercourse at this time. In addition, pregnant women generally do not have much sexual desire due to the influence of early pregnancy.

In the last two months of pregnancy, the fetus begins to descend, and the pregnant woman's hands and feet become severely swollen, making it difficult to walk. Having sex at this time can easily cause uterine contractions and lead to premature birth.

What is the best posture for sex during pregnancy?

1. Normal position: Because the abdomen has not enlarged, the normal position can be chosen in the early stages of pregnancy. This way, the abdomen will not be easily compressed and the insertion will not be too deep.

2. Cross position: The cross position in which the man lies slightly on his side and then folds his body will not be inserted too deeply, which is also a more suitable posture.

3. Stretching position: A stretching position that can make you feel comfortable will neither cause abdominal pressure nor go too deep.

4. Posterior position: The posterior position in which the man and woman lie sideways in the same direction will not put pressure on the fetus, and the depth can be adjusted according to the man's preference, so it is a suitable position for mid-pregnancy. This position is not likely to damage the vagina or cervix, nor will it cause skin allergies. You can use other auxiliary postures instead of insertion, such as caressing breasts, etc., which can enhance the sense of accomplishment.

5. Front position: Men and women should lie on their sides or flat on their backs. The front position is neither likely to compress the abdomen nor be too deep.

6. Front sitting position: It is a position in which women and men squat, so it is not easy to cause pressure on the abdomen, and it can also adjust the depth of engagement, which is a relatively safe position.

7. Back position: The back position in which the man supports the woman's upper body from the side and rear will not exert weight on the woman's body, and the depth can be adjusted at will.
