Treatment of vaginal yeast infection

Treatment of vaginal yeast infection

The environment of the vulva is relatively humid, and bacteria and viruses can easily breed in a humid environment. Most of the viruses in the vulva are Candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus. The periodicity of these two types of bacteria is relatively long, and their growth and development capabilities are relatively strong. If they are not blocked in time, more bacteria will multiply. You can use bactericidal drugs to clean the vulva, but you must control the water temperature.

Fungal infection Vaginitis is caused by infection with Candida albicans. Candida albicans is a fungus that usually exists in the normal human oral cavity, upper respiratory tract, intestines and vagina. It is generally present in small numbers in the normal body and does not cause disease. When the body's immune function or general defense is reduced or the mutual restraint of normal flora is disordered, the fungus will multiply in large numbers and change its growth form to invade cells and cause disease.

Candida infection is also called fungal infection. In fact, fungi originally exist in the female vagina, but they are suppressed by normal beneficial bacteria. Once the acidity and humidity of the environment change, fungi suddenly multiply on a large scale, and fungal vaginitis occurs after the flora is disturbed.

Generally speaking, unscientific personal hygiene habits and unclean sexual life may cause the following main causes: 1. Spouses are infected with each other 2. Athlete's foot 3. Getting angry 4. Catching a cold

To prevent vaginal candidal infection, you need to do the following:

(1) Exercise, eat a balanced diet, and avoid eating foods high in sugar.

(2) Develop good hygiene habits: wash your hands before going to the toilet; do not abuse unclean toilet paper; wipe the vulva from front to back after defecation; wash the vulva every day, change underwear and put it in a ventilated place to dry; use your own basin and towel for your own use; wash underwear and socks in different basins.

(3) Dress appropriately: Do not wear synthetic underwear, and do not borrow other people’s underwear, panties, or swimsuits.

Fungal infection of the genitals, that is, Candida albicans of the vulva and vagina, 80% to 90% of the pathogens are Candida albicans, which are opportunistic pathogens. 10% to 20% of non-pregnant women and 30% of pregnant women have this fungus parasitic in the vagina. It is mainly endogenous infection. In addition to parasitizing in the vagina, Candida can also parasitize in the human mouth and intestines, and can cause infection once the conditions are right.
