Ingredients: (One large cup serving)

1 ripe papaya (peel and dice, about 200g), 1/4 dried snow fungus bulb (about 5g), some canned asparagus (you can use fresh aloe vera, but remember to peel the aloe vera leaves, peel and dice them, and boil them in boiling water for a few minutes before use), 100ml cold boiled water, 50ml brown sugar water

- Use 50ml boiling water to dissolve 50g brown sugar to make brown sugar syrup, let it cool down

-Peel and seed the papaya, then cut into pieces

-Put papaya, snow fungus, brown sugar water and cold boiled water into a blender and blend into juice. Pour the juice into a cup and add aloe vera pulp to make it drinkable.

2. Black sesame chestnut soy milk

Soy milk is made from soybeans, which is rich in nutrients. It can help with bowel movements, moisturize the skin and delay aging. The iron content of black sesame is much higher than that of white sesame, and it also contains more fiber, which helps improve constipation.

Ingredients: (One cup serving)

250ml low-sugar soy milk, 3 chestnuts, 1 tablespoon pure black sesame powder

practice:

-Boil fresh chestnuts in boiling water for 6 minutes, remove and soak in cold water, then use a knife to remove the shell and skin, then put them in another pot of hot water and boil for 10 minutes until the chestnut meat is slightly tender, remove and set aside

-Put soy milk, chestnuts and black sesame powder into a blender and blend into a paste. It is ready to drink.

3. Watermelon, pineapple and lemon juice

Watermelon contains vitamin C and lycopene, which can act as a diuretic and drain water, and is beneficial for weight loss and fair skin. Pineapple and lemon juice both have whitening and cooling effects, and are most suitable for drinking in summer!

Ingredients: (One cup serving)

200g watermelon, 100g pineapple, half a lemon

- Peel the watermelon and pineapple first

-Squeeze the lemon juice and set aside.

-Then use a juicer to squeeze the watermelon and pineapple juice, pour it into a cup and add lemon juice.
