Pain when pressing on one side of the breast

Pain when pressing on one side of the breast

Women's breasts are very important to women, because this part not only affects women's beauty, but is also very important for having children in the future. Some women may have breast damage due to their own physical reasons, and thus feel pain when pressing the breast. When this phenomenon occurs, it is generally closely related to the mammary gland. So how to treat pain when pressing one side of the breast?

As the saying goes, illness depends on "30% treatment and 70% care". No matter what kind of disease it is, you must pay good attention to it in order to recover your health faster. Therefore, in addition to treatment, conditioning is also very important. Speaking of conditioning methods, let’s see which ones are suitable.

Tenderness on the outside of the breast may be caused by mastitis, which is a relatively common problem. Sometimes, breastfeeding may also be affected by mastitis. Therefore, only after the causes are identified can effective treatment and improvement be carried out.

1. Mastitis

The initial symptoms of mastitis are pain on the outside of the breast, which may be accompanied by redness, swelling, heat and pain, and some people may also have a fever.

2. Breast pain during puberty

Generally speaking, little girls will feel a slight swelling and pain after their breasts begin to develop, and this pain usually disappears automatically after menstruation comes.

3. Premenstrual pain

Studies have found that about one-third of women experience breast tenderness and discomfort before their period, and some even have granular nodules. In fact, this is caused by increased estrogen levels in the body. If the estrogen level in the body continues to increase, it may eventually cause breast hyperplasia, edema of the breast tissue, etc., so it should not be underestimated. If it is premenstrual bloating and pain, it will usually end after the menstruation ends.

Premenstrual pain can be divided into many different stages. For example, when a woman reaches pregnancy, the changes in estrogen in the body and the huge increase in breast size can also cause breast pain. Generally speaking, breast pain during pregnancy does not require special treatment.

A small number of women may experience breast tenderness and occasional lumps after abortion. This is because the sudden end of pregnancy causes a sudden drop in hormones in the body, and the newly developed mammary glands stop developing again, causing temporary breast pain.

4. Mastodynia

The pathogenesis of mastalgia is the same as that of primary dysmenorrhea. Its main feature is that the pain in the two breasts is different, and it may even radiate to other parts around the breasts. Mastodynia is closely related to abnormal secretion of sex hormones and autonomic nervous system.

Studies have found that breast pain in some women is closely related to an unhappy sex life. Especially for some women who are sexually indifferent and have unsatisfied sex life, it is more likely that the congestion in the breasts cannot be effectively relieved, and the persistent congestion in the breasts will cause breast pain.
