How to treat inguinal cysts in women?

The groin area is the human lower body. Although it will not produce any actual effects, the groin is still closely related to human physical health. Clinically, groin massage does have certain benefits, especially for female friends. When it comes to groin diseases, the most common one is inguinal cyst. How should female inguinal cysts be treated?

Treatment

Currently, there are three main treatments for cysts:

1. The traditional method of surgically removing the cyst is to open a window for drainage or strip the cyst. This method involves long incisions, heavy bleeding, severe trauma, high costs, and is prone to recurrence.

The second option is to remove the cyst under laparoscopy. Although it only requires making a hole and the trauma is much less than surgery, hospitalization is still required and the cost is not low. This is a last resort.

3. This method uses a needle instead of a knife, which is magical rather than a myth. This technology has a wide range of uses, such as the application of ultrasound intervention technology in the field of genetics, and can obtain intrauterine fetal umbilical cord blood, amniotic fluid, and embryonic chorionic villus specimens under direct B-ultrasound vision. As we all know, the diameter of the fetal umbilical cord is very small, only 6-8mm, and it can be punctured under ultrasound guidance. For cysts of several centimeters or more than ten centimeters in size, the puncture success rate can reach 100%. Since the advent of this technology, many patients suffering from hereditary cystic diseases that are prone to recurrence, such as polycystic liver disease and polycystic kidney disease, have avoided the pain of cesarean section.

① The most worrying thing about traditional laparotomy to remove the cyst or fenestration and drainage treatment and cyst removal treatment is the high recurrence rate. For example, polycystic kidney disease is a genetic disease, and the root cause lies in the gene, so it cannot be solved by surgery. Therefore, the recurrence rate is as high as over 60%.

②Because the common feature of the cyst wall cells is that they are arranged in layers of columnar cells. This type of columnar cell grows vigorously and has a strong secretory function, making it difficult to completely eliminate it through surgery. As long as a little bit of cells are left, they will germinate like seeds and the cyst will recur.

③The new technology of ultrasound interventional treatment makes up for the shortcomings of traditional surgical cyst removal. Experienced doctors can accurately target the cyst under the guidance of B-ultrasound images. A fine needle is used to pierce the cyst, the fluid inside the cyst is sucked out, and a cyst wall hardening drug is injected to destroy the actively secreting columnar cells, thereby preventing the cyst from recurring.
