There's something like egg white underneath

The female private parts are very susceptible to disease because they are sensitive and prone to breeding bacteria. If you do not pay attention to cleaning, you will be infected by bacteria, which will lead to vaginal diseases. Some women find that there is something like egg white down there. It feels sticky and is a transparent substance that is discharged during urination. So, what's going on with the egg white-like substance below?

1. Why is there something like egg white discharged from the vagina?

The presence of egg white-like leucorrhea is a sign of ovulation. It may be that you are in the ovulation period now. The secretions during the ovulation period are similar to egg white. Don't worry, if your leucorrhea has no odor or color, it is normal.

2. Ovulation symptoms

Generally speaking, women will not experience obvious symptoms during the ovulation period, but a few people will experience discomfort during the ovulation period. The main symptoms are decreased appetite, high energy, high sexual desire, and decreased resistance. During ovulation, women's vaginal mucus will become thinner to allow sperm to pass more easily, thereby increasing the chances of successful conception. At the same time, women's nasal mucus will also decrease, which increases the chances of bacteria invading the human circulatory system. Ovulation bleeding is generally not a large amount and lasts for half a day or several days, and may be accompanied by mild abdominal pain or back pain.

3. Ovulation period determination

Normally, ovulation occurs around 14 days before the next menstruation. After ovulation, the body temperature rises by 0.3℃ to 0.5℃ and lasts for about 12 days. If the body temperature does not rise or rises slowly, lasts for a short time or rises less than 0.3℃, it means that ovulation has not occurred or the corpus luteum is not supplying enough energy.

4. Prevention of diseases during ovulation

Pay attention to changes in your menstrual cycle. The normal cycle is 25 to 35 days. When ovulation approaches, there will be a small amount of vaginal discharge. If your menstrual period is always delayed, or even occurs only once every few months, or is always irregular, you should see a doctor as soon as possible. Weight should be controlled. Obesity or being too thin can interfere with the coordination of the endocrine system. Controlling weight can help prevent and treat ovulation disorders.
