94 days of pregnancy, leucorrhea, blood streaks

Women should pay special attention to their actions and diet in the early stages of pregnancy, because the fetus at this time is unstable and more sensitive. Any excessive movement may cause miscarriage, so be sure to protect yourself. But is bloody vaginal discharge serious at 94 days of pregnancy? In fact, after a woman becomes pregnant, she will no longer have menstruation or leucorrhea. If you see blood at this time, you should go to the hospital for examination immediately to ensure the safety of the fetus.

Bloody vaginal discharge in early pregnancy usually indicates bleeding in the female reproductive organs. The presence of blood in leucorrhea in early pregnancy may be due to physiological or pathological reasons. There are many reasons for the presence of blood in vaginal discharge during pregnancy. If an individual cannot tell which cause it is, once bleeding is discovered during pregnancy, he or she should seek medical attention in time, find out the cause and receive targeted treatment.

Pathological reasons for bloody vaginal discharge in early pregnancy: If the pregnant woman has had uncontrolled and unclean sexual life, does not pay attention to menstrual protection, has too many births, too frequent miscarriages, does not receive timely treatment after infection, and has cervical injury during delivery or miscarriage, these factors can all cause cervicitis, which will lead to damage to the reproductive system and bleeding, resulting in bloody vaginal discharge. Pregnant women with these conditions are advised to undergo timely examination and treatment to avoid affecting the fetus.

The physiological reasons for bloody leucorrhea in early pregnancy: This is generally caused by implantation bleeding of the fertilized egg. When the fertilized egg implants, the placenta is unable to synthesize sufficient amounts of estrogen and progesterone, and the ovaries continue to function. The endometrium (decidua pericyta) attached to the placenta and covering the surface of the blastocyst is not completely fused with the true decidua on the surface of the uterine cavity that is not in direct contact with the blastocyst, resulting in a gap. Therefore, the endometrium can still fall off and bleeding may occur. The amount of bleeding during implantation of the fertilized egg is very small, usually manifested as blood streaks or blood spots in the leucorrhea. This is a normal physiological phenomenon. If the pregnant woman has no obvious discomfort and the amount of bleeding is not much, there is no need to worry too much.
