How to confirm ovulation bleeding

"Intermenstrual bleeding" is what we often call non-menstrual and ovulation bleeding. Since both are bleeding, many people confuse ovulation bleeding with menstrual bleeding. So this involves a question, which is to identify what ovulation bleeding is. Generally speaking, if the amount of bleeding during ovulation is not large, there is no need to pay special attention to it. If the amount of bleeding is very heavy, it should be treated reasonably according to the condition to control the disease.

The most obvious symptom of ovulation bleeding is uterine bleeding, which Chinese medicine calls "intermenstrual bleeding." Generally, the amount of bleeding is small. Sometimes there is only brown secretion. In very rare cases, it stops with a few drops, or there is blood in the vagina. Some bleeding lasts for several hours, or stops on its own after 2-3 days. The maximum period shall not exceed 7 days.

In addition to a small amount of vaginal bleeding, ovulation bleeding is also accompanied by lower abdominal pain or back pain, which is more common on one side and sometimes bilateral abdominal pain, which can be mild or severe. It usually lasts for several hours, and some women can last for 2 to 3 days. If the bleeding is small, no treatment is needed, but if the bleeding is heavy and occurs frequently, it is recommended that you go to the hospital to find out the cause.

Ovulation bleeding can be divided into physiological and pathological types. What should I do if I have ovulation bleeding? If it is physiological ovulation bleeding, it will only occur once or twice occasionally, which is not harmful to the body. Most of the time it is due to excessive fatigue or low immunity of the body, which affects the endocrine balance. Just pay attention to conditioning and it will be fine.

If pathological bleeding continues during ovulation and occurs frequently, it should be considered to be caused by endocrine disorders. At this time, some estrogen supplement drugs can be used under the guidance of a doctor. Once the amount of bleeding is too much, even exceeding the normal menstrual volume, you need to go to the hospital for a comprehensive examination in time to rule out other organic diseases.

If women bleed during ovulation, and it is only mild and short-term bleeding, we can continue to observe whether there are other problems with our physical condition. If it is heavy bleeding and lasts for a long time, we should go to the hospital for examination and treatment in time to find out the cause so that we can prescribe the right medicine in time and control the disease.
