What is the disease of a woman's lower back burning

If a woman's lower back feels hot, she should be alert to some gynecological diseases, because gynecological diseases can cause great harm to women's health. For example, common pelvic inflammatory disease or some tumors in the pelvis, uterine prolapse and other problems may cause women to have symptoms of lower back pain or fever. Be sure to understand the cause and treat it symptomatically.

1. Pelvic inflammatory disease

Pelvic inflammatory disease is one of the common symptoms that cause low back pain in women. When it hurts, you will feel dull pain on both sides of the navel and in the lower abdomen. The structure of the female pelvis is much more complex than that of the male pelvis because it includes many female reproductive organs, such as the uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, pelvic peritoneum and other organs and tissues. Therefore, pelvic inflammatory disease is not a disease of a single organ, but a general term for lesions of all organs and tissues in the pelvis. Inflammatory stimulation of these organs can cause low back pain. In addition, to prevent pelvic inflammation, women should start with their daily lives, pay attention to personal hygiene, avoid unclean sexual life, and go to the hospital for gynecological examinations regularly to get early treatment if it occurs.

2. Tumors in the pelvis

If there is a tumor in the pelvic cavity, such as uterine fibroids, cervical cancer, ovarian cysts, etc., which compresses the nerves or cancer cells infiltrate the pelvic connective tissue, women may also experience lower back pain, and the pain will slowly increase as the tumor grows. Regular check-ups and timely medical treatment are very important for the treatment of gynecological tumors.

3. Uterine prolapse

Uterine prolapse can also cause lower back pain. When the uterus leaves its normal position and descends along the vagina, or even completely falls out of the vaginal opening, it is called uterine prolapse. Once the uterus prolapses, in addition to the feeling of abdominal heaviness and back pain, it can also cause urinary system diseases. One of the main causes of uterine prolapse is childbirth trauma. If young mothers breastfeed for a long time after giving birth, their ovarian function will temporarily decline, which can also weaken the elasticity and tension of the uterine support structure and cause relaxation, resulting in uterine prolapse.
