What foods are good for Bartholinitis?

Patients with Bartholinitis must not ignore the correct and scientific diet, because diet is the key to conditioning and auxiliary treatment. You can cook purslane and angelica porridge, houttuynia cordata and coix seed porridge or dandelion soup, which can help to play a good conditioning effect.

1. Purslane and Angelica Porridge

Wrap 10 grams of angelica in clean gauze and put it into the pot together with 30 grams of purslane. Add 60 grams of rice and appropriate amount of water and boil until done. Remove the medicine bag and eat porridge. Once a day, for 3 to 5 days per course of treatment.

Function: Clearing away heat, detoxifying, promoting blood circulation and reducing inflammation. It is mainly used to treat Bartholin's glanditis; symptoms include obvious swelling and pain.

2. Gleditsia sinensis frankincense wine

Crush 1 soapberry thorn (choose a large one) into more than 10 pieces, wrap 3 grams of frankincense on the thorn, add 20 ml of alcohol and wine and simmer until boiling, remove the residue and take the juice. Take it immediately.

Function: Clearing away heat, detoxifying, eliminating carbuncle and discharging pus. Mainly used to treat Bartholin's gland cysts.

3. Bitter herb and ginger drink

Chop and mash 40 grams of bitter herbs and 20 grams of ginger separately, sieve the juice with clean gauze (or use a juicer to squeeze the juice), and combine equal amounts of the two. Take 30 ml each time, add 10 ml of rice wine, and drink with water, 3 times a day.

Function: Clearing away heat, detoxifying, eliminating carbuncle and discharging pus. Mainly used to treat Bartholin's gland cysts.

Add 30 grams of Houttuynia cordata to water and boil it first, remove the residue and take the juice, add 30 grams of coix seed and 50 grams of rice and cook until the porridge is cooked. Take twice a day for 5 to 7 days per course of treatment.
