What to do if the leucorrhea is thick and yellow

We all know that when there is something wrong with our body, we need to treat it properly. Many women are worried when they see that their leucorrhea is yellow and thick. We all know that worrying alone is useless, we still need to see concrete actions from everyone. So we need to understand how to deal with this problem. So what should we do if the leucorrhea is yellow and thick? Let me introduce this issue below.

In general, if the leucorrhea is yellow and thick, it means that you have cervical erosion. Due to different degrees of inflammatory stimulation, the columnar epithelium of the cervical mucosa grows slowly, the epithelium is flat and the surface is smooth, which is simple erosion; the columnar epithelium grows quickly and forms glandular hyperplasia, which is adenoid erosion. If the glands are dilated, it may be a follicular erosion, accompanied by stromal hyperplasia, forming small protrusions, which are unevenly covered with columnar epithelium, forming papillary erosions. The above types can often occur in combination. Cervical erosion is one of the most common gynecological diseases. The main symptom is increased vaginal discharge, which is often purulent. There may be pain in the lower abdomen and lumbosacral area and bladder irritation symptoms; patients with more severe erosion may have varying degrees of light bloody secretions. Typically, there are bloody secretions after sexual intercourse and sticky purulent secretions in the cervix, which are not conducive to the passage of sperm and cause infertility.

So, what should we do if the leucorrhea is yellow and thick? Effective treatments include:

① Electric ironing: Use a special electric iron to burn the eroded surface tissue, causing it to necrotize and fall off, and the ironing must reach a certain depth, so that the treatment effect is good.

② Cryotherapy: Use a special rapid freezing device to freeze, necrotize and fall off the diseased tissue on the cervical erosion surface.

③Laser treatment: Use carbon dioxide laser therapy device more often, and use a special laser treatment head to irradiate the cervical erosion tissue, so that the eroded tissue will carbonize, crust, and fall off, and then grow new squamous epithelium. Generally, it can be cured in one time. There was no special discomfort during the operation, but a few patients experienced bleeding during the dementia removal.

Through the above introduction, I believe everyone has understood what to do if the leucorrhea is yellow and thick. Yellow and thick leucorrhea is not a trivial matter. Everyone must pay great attention to it and actively go to the hospital for treatment. I believe that as long as you are willing to treat it, you will be able to recover your health in no time. When a woman feels unwell, she should go to the hospital for timely treatment.
