The body of a forty-year-old woman is slowly aging, and many women begin to develop gray hair during this period. In fact, the cause of gray hair is very complicated. If you want to improve this situation, you can eat more black foods, such as black sesame seeds, black beans and other foods. Patients must pay more attention to rest, maintain a good attitude, try not to overwork, and try to maintain a balanced diet.

Causes of white hair in 40-year-old women

There are many reasons for the appearance of white hair. Gray hair is mainly related to mental factors. Due to factors such as work and examinations, long-term mental stress and neurasthenia, and excessive worry can cause spasms in the blood vessels that supply nutrients to the hair, which cannot fully transmit nutrients, thereby causing the hair papilla to have a melanin-producing function disorder and a reduction in pigment, resulting in gray hair.

Diet therapy to relieve early gray hair

① Walnut dip: 1000 grams of walnut kernels, soak in honey for 10 days, eat twice a day, 4 to 8 pieces each time.

② Mulberry paste: Wash 1000 grams of fresh mulberries (or 500 grams of dried mulberries), add appropriate amount of water and boil, take the decoction once every 30 minutes; then add water and boil again, and take the decoction twice in total.

After combining the decoctions, simmer over low heat to concentrate until it becomes thick and viscous. Add 300 grams of honey, bring to a boil, and turn off the heat. After it cools, bottle it for later use. Take 1 tablespoon each time, dissolve in boiling water and drink.

③Hair beautifying and blackening powder: Fry black sesame seeds, soybeans, peanuts, and walnuts in equal amounts, grind them into fine powder and mix them evenly. Take 1 teaspoon of it with milk, soy milk or boiled water before going to bed every day. (Note: Not suitable for use when suffering from diarrhea.)

④Black hair porridge: 15 grams each of Cuscuta seeds and Poria cocos, 10 grams of white lotus seeds, 15 grams of black sesame seeds, and 100 grams of purple pearl rice. Wash all ingredients, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then lower the heat and cook into porridge, add a little salt and it is ready to eat.

⑤Sesame paste: It has the effect of benefiting the stomach and intestines, preventing and treating gray hair, and keeping the skin tender. The ratio of black sesame to japonica rice is 1:1.5.

First wash the black sesame seeds and fry them until fragrant, but do not burn them. Then take out the rice that has been soaked for 1 hour, mix it with the black sesame seeds, grind it 2 to 3 times, add water and filter it with gauze. Add appropriate amount of water and cook it into sesame paste. Add sugar and eat it.

⑥ Unique black beans: Add a little salt to 500 grams of black beans, steam and dry them nine times, then bottle them for later use. Take 6 grams twice a day, regularly.

⑦ "Compound" black beans: 50 grams of walnuts, 50 grams of wolfberry, 500 grams of small black beans or large black beans, 60 grams of Polygonum multiflorum, 50 grams of Rehmannia glutinosa, and 50 grams of Cornus officinalis.

First, add wolfberry, Polygonum multiflorum, Rehmannia glutinosa, and Cornus officinalis into water and cook them into juice; take the juice and cook until the walnut meat is soft and completely absorbed by the black beans. Take out and dry it before eating. Take 6-9 grams twice a day on an empty stomach in the morning and evening.
