Can breast lumps be cured?

Many women feel that their life is very difficult. In addition to having menstruation every month, they also have to endure the pain of childbirth. In addition, they may also suffer from some gynecological diseases, which makes them feel unbearable. Breast lumps are a type of gynecological disease. Many women will find lumps in their breasts after giving birth. They want to know if breast lumps can be cured? Let's learn about the types of breast lumps.

1. Abscess

An abscess develops as an infection in the breast. This type of breast lump will cause pain. In addition, the skin on the surface of the breast will become hot and red, and some patients may also experience fever all over the body. It can be cured by taking antibiotics or performing surgery to remove the infected tissue.

2. Fatty lumps

This condition refers to the appearance of lumps of fat within the breast. These bumps will feel hard to the touch and the skin may be red. Usually these lumps heal on their own.

3. Cyst-type masses

This type of lump is caused by a cyst containing pus in the breast. If you massage the bump with your fingers, it's very smooth. This type of condition may be due to a hormonal imbalance that regulates menstruation, which may lead to cystic lumps. However, women over 50 usually do not develop this type of lump, and the treatment of this lump is relatively simple. The lump can be eliminated by draining the pus.

4. Adenoma

This lump is common in African women around 20 years old. It is not cancer, but the glandular tissue of the breast grows larger than normal. If you feel it with your fingers, you can feel that the lump is round and hard, and it can even move from side to side.

5. Sebaceous cyst

This type of cyst is formed when the duct of a hair follicle is blocked. It feels much the same as a cystic lump. Hormonal stimulation or trauma can make the condition worse. If these lumps do not cause other complications, then no treatment is needed. If treatment is required, all you need to do is make a small hole at the protrusion and remove the blockage.

6. Intraductal papilloma

It refers to the presence of tumors in the breast ducts. It can occur in women of any age, but women who are near menopause may experience it in one breast, while younger women may experience it in both breasts.

7. Breast cancer

Usually there are hard lumps in the breast with irregular shapes. Instead it adheres to the skin or deeper tissues. It is even more difficult to detect in the early stages, and it becomes very difficult to treat in the middle and late stages. Generally, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine and other methods can be adopted.
