How do you know the follicles have been released?

After a period of time, the follicles will naturally be discharged from the body. There are certain obvious symptoms when the follicles are discharged. This is actually a normal physiological reaction, so we don’t need to be too nervous. However, many people don’t know the specific symptoms when the follicles are discharged, so we should monitor the status of our follicles every once in a while. So how do we know that the follicles have been discharged?

Anal distension or pain in one side of the lower abdomen. The mature egg is discharged from the surface of the ovary and passes through the follicle on the surface of the egg. A small amount of fluid in the follicle will flow into the pelvic cavity. The woman will feel a slight falling sensation in the anus and slight pain in the lower abdomen on one side.

Ovulation with bleeding and increased body temperature. Because of the changes in estrogen secretion in the body before and after ovulation, there may be a small amount of uterine bleeding. At the same time, the body temperature rises slightly after ovulation. If you can measure the basal body temperature every morning, you can know the ovulation date based on the changes in body temperature.

Increased vaginal discharge. After the egg is released, the amount of secretion will increase significantly, and it will become watery, transparent and clear, with high stringiness, and the woman's genitals will become moist. This increase in vaginal discharge usually lasts for 2 to 3 days.

When a woman is of childbearing age, her ovaries release a mature egg every month. After the egg is released, it is captured by the fallopian tube fimbria and then enters the fallopian tube. If the egg meets sperm in the fallopian tube, it will be surrounded by a group of sperm, of which only one sperm can penetrate into the egg and fertilize it.

If you want to accurately determine the time of ovulation, you can go to the hospital for an ultrasound when your period is over, so that you can accurately determine the time of ovulation. Go to the hospital for an ultrasound to see if there are follicles, when they mature, and whether they can be discharged, so as to accurately grasp the time of ovulation and choose to have sex on the ovulation day to increase the chance of conception.

Measure basal body temperature. A woman's body temperature will change significantly during a menstrual cycle. If you record your basal body temperature in detail, you will find that there is an obvious lowest point, and this lowest point is the day of ovulation. For women who want to have a baby, using this method can only be an afterthought.
